About The Role

We’re growing, and so can your career! Vivid is excited to announce our expansion into France, bringing our innovative business product to a brand-new audience. As part of this thrilling venture, we’re on the lookout for a passionate individual to join our dynamic sales team and make an impact in this vibrant market.

We value agility, innovation, and a proactive approach. We are currently expanding our Sales team and looking for a motivated and native French-speaking Sales Account Executive to join us in driving the growth of our business banking division. As a French-Speaking Phone Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our business accounts to small/medium business owners and freelancers. This role requires excellent communication skills in French, a keen understanding of business banking needs, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced startup environment.

Your Mission

1. Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers, while also developing new customer accounts.
2. Proactively support customers in using our products and services.
3. Analyze customer needs to offer tailored solutions.
4. Independently manage accounts and take responsibility for their growth and satisfaction.
5. Help customers successfully onboard to ensure they can fully utilize our services.
6. Work closely with internal teams to relay customer feedback and continuously improve products.
7. Assist in the execution of cross-selling and up-selling initiatives to meet revenue goals.
8. Prepare regular reports and analyses on customer activities and key performance.

Your Profile

1. A degree in business administration, finance, or a related field (and/or relevant professional experience).
2. Experience in account management, ideally in the FinTech or financial services sector.
3. Excellent communication skills with a strong customer-centric approach.
4. Analytical thinking with a structured and results-oriented work style.
5. Proficiency in CRM systems (preferably Salesforce and Aircall) and common office applications.
6. Fluent in both French and English, other languages are a plus.
7. High self-motivation and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
8. Based in Paris.
