Une entreprise de marketing numérique recherche un Consultant Senior Salesforce pour aider à la fourniture de services sur Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Senior Salesforce Consultant (Marketing Cloud)
Tasks
• Deliver consulting services around Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) to a wide range of Like Reply clients across industries
• Design and implement customer journeys, data models, and campaign automations using SFMC modules (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, etc.)
• Act as a functional and technical lead on SFMC projects, from discovery to deployment
• Collaborate with client stakeholders, developers, and designers to translate business needs into scalable SFMC solutions
• Guide clients in best practices related to data integration, segmentation, personalization, and marketing automation
• Stay current on SFMC product roadmap and proactively identify opportunities for clients to evolve their MarTech stack

Qualifications
• At least 3 years experience in Marketing Automation consulting with a focus on Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Proven track record delivering projects with modules like Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, Contact Builder
• Good understanding of data flows, APIs, and integrations between SFMC and other platforms (e.g. CRM, CDP, web)
• Salesforce certifications (e.g. SFMC Email Specialist, Administrator, or Consultant) strongly preferred;
• Fluent in English and French
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
