Senior Salesforce Consultant & Business Analyst (m/f/d)
Why we are looking for support

To extend our business areas in the direction of France we need a french professional to join our team as a Senior Salesforce Consultant & Business Analyst (m/f/d).

Please note: before applying for this position that you have to be fluent in English and French and you need to be located in France, Germany, Portugal or Greece.

Functional Consulting & Advisory
  1. Lead requirements gathering sessions and translate business needs compelling and detailed user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria by collaborating closely with clients.
  2. Advise clients on best practices, digital strategies, and industry trends in FMCG.
  3. Design and optimize end-to-end business processes using Salesforce capabilities.
  4. Contribute to building the Solution Architecture.
  5. Conduct user training, change management, and adoption programs to ensure success.
  6. Drive the end-to-end implementation of Salesforce projects from discovery to hypercare.
  7. Lead functional streams or projects, collaborating with consultants, technical architects and developers.
  8. Define and manage project scope, timelines, deliverables, and risks.
  9. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring strong stakeholder engagement.
  10. Ensure quality assurance and alignment with business objectives.
  11. Identify opportunities for process automation and innovation within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  12. Support business development efforts, including marketing and sales (proposal writing, presentations).
  13. Develop skills through Salesforce training courses and mentoring. Stay up-to-date on the latest innovations, trends, and developments around Salesforce.
  14. Manage and mentor junior resources.
Requirements
  1. 4+ years of experience in digital transformation, functional consulting, and project leadership.
  2. Proven experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or other relevant modules).
  3. Strong knowledge of FMCG industry processes and challenges.
  4. Experience leading workshops, stakeholder meetings, and change management initiatives.
  5. Hands on configuration experience with Salesforce formulas, process builder, flows.
  6. Fluency in French and English (spoken and written).
  7. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and client management skills.
  8. Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment.
  9. Proactive, can-do attitude and solution-oriented.
Nice to Have
  1. Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Consultant, Salesforce Administrator, or equivalent).
  2. Knowledge of Salesforce integrations, automation, and analytics.
  3. Experience working in a consulting firm or with global FMCG clients.
  4. Experience in selling consulting projects.
  5. Proven experience with Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud (REX or TPM modules).
