Senior Partner Rep RNWY
Based in Paris, you will be part of the France Marketplace team. You will help grow and claim the #1 market share for the consumer/FOP with your account(s) by executing the strategy, landing seasonal stories, and selecting the right assortment (breadth and depth) to serve your target consumer.
What will you work on?
- Develop seasonal assortments based on merch frameworks, ensuring seasonal product flow, optimizing in-season trading, and replenishment to maximize partner results.
- Create brand impact through partner relationships, launch, and community activation in RNWY to generate interest for Nike in her premium and high-heat life- and sportstyle.
- Plan your accounts' business: forecasts and scenario plans using category, consumer, partner, brand, and marketplace knowledge.
- Manage the partner and marketplace: ensure the best presentation of stories and products at your account (digital & B&M) aligned with the One Nike Marketplace strategy.
- Build a seamless consumer experience, scaling online-to-offline, and obsess over product launch journeys across the Account platform ecosystem.
- Contribute to net revenue growth and net contribution by managing end-to-end business with your account.
- Maintain high standards in complex partnership management, support commercial CFOP goals independently, and contribute to team performance.
- Collaborate on partner (city) experience at sell-in, co-own the E2E experience for your showroom, and work closely with Office admin, City Experience Lead, and cross-functional partners to enhance partner sell-in experience.
- Actively contribute to and participate in Ground Game (Authenticators).
- Ensure consistent representation, presence, and collaboration with partners/buyers in the market at retail, including retail visits, staff training, and competitor knowledge, within T&E budget.
Who you will work with
Interact cross-functionally with merchandising, business planning, finance, marketplace sales, customer operations, and brand functions. Work with EMEA & Paris teams to execute annual and seasonal plans. You will be the main touchpoint for EMEA and UK leadership teams for your managed accounts. This role reports directly to the Neighborhood Manager France.

- Experience in account management in Sales, Buying, Merchandising, or Business Planning.
- Experience in seasonal management through Code.
- Ability to create account plans (Buy & Assortment plans, short-term commercial plans).
- Drive E2E relationship and business impact with partners, bringing CFOPs to life with Nike marketplace partners.
- Proven ability to analyze sales metrics and make strategic, data-driven decisions.
- Digital and omnichannel knowledge relevant to sporting goods industry.
- Relationship building and influencing skills with internal and external partners.
- Strong communication skills, including listening, dialogue, idea verbalization, and negotiation.
- High standards in complex partnership management, supporting CFOP goals, with strong problem-solving skills and team contribution.
