The Peninsula Paris is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to oversee the US & Canada regions.

Reporting to the director of Sales, and part of a dynamic S&M team, you will actively support the achievement of the hotel’s goals in your defined territories. You will oversee client portfolio management, lead prospecting initiatives, and execute strategic actions across various segments, to drive success for Peninsula Hotel Paris.

A proactive, experienced and autonomous approach will be essential, as this role involves regular travel to engage with partners, participate in trade shows, and enhance the group’s market presence in line with evolving market needs. The candidate will play a key role by building strong relationships with key travel partners, clients, and stakeholders.

Key accountabilities :

Coordinate and drive sales efforts focused on your territories, ensuring alignment with the hotel and group’s overall business goals and values

Develop, manage, and maintain key accounts, including qualifying new opportunities and nurturing existing relationships.

Lead and execute sales promotions and targeted campaigns to enhance Peninsula Paris awareness and generate revenues.

Collaborate with travel partners, tour operators, and corporate clients to design and implement sales programs that support market penetration and revenue growth.

Act as the primary point of contact for sales inquiries, group bookings, and leads, you will ensure consistent follow-up and maintain detailed records of activities and progress to optimize sales opportunities.

Support the execution of sales trips, events, and presentations, representing The Peninsula Paris to key stakeholders in the US & Canada market.

General requirements :

Proactive, experienced, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Creative and persistent, with the ability to work autonomously yet with a genuine and dynamic team spirit.

Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Strong analytical mindset, able to synthesize information and provide detailed reports to sales management on actions taken, market trends, and results.

Minimum of 5 years’ working experience with proven track record of success in sales luxury hospitality with a recognized expertise of the US & Canada travel market and key players.

Excellent reading, writing & oral proficiency in English are mandatory. French understanding is a plus.

Flexibility to travel and attend industry events as required.
