Qualifications

  • 5+ ans d'expérience en ventes B2B SaaS, idéalement pour des entreprises multi-sites.
  • Expérience de closing de grandes affaires, avec des montants de 20k ARR.
  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome dans des environnements entrepreneuriaux.

Responsabilités

  • Développer et conclure des affaires avec des groupes de restaurants de 15+ sites.
  • Gérer l'ensemble du cycle de vente, de la prospection à la fermeture.
  • Collaborer avec le marketing pour identifier des opportunités de génération de leads.

Malou is the foodtech partner for restaurant groups, helping them increase their visibility online and attract more customers through SEO, Google reviews, social media content, and influencer marketing. Our all-in-one platform empowers restaurant brands with tools and expertise to master their digital presence.

We already support leading brands such as Krispy Kreme , Groupe Bertrand , The Dinex Group (by Daniel Boulud) , Riviera Dining Group , and Accor , and we’re just getting started.

We're growing fast in France and internationally, and we’re now looking for a driven and entrepreneurial Senior Sales Executive to help us accelerate our expansion across key markets – France, UK, Middle East and the USA.

Your Mission

As a Senior Sales Executive , your role is to develop and close deals with large restaurant groups (15+ locations) through a primarily outbound sales strategy . You will work from A to Z : from lead generation and outreach to closing and handover to the onboarding team.

You will :

  • Own and execute the full sales cycle with major accounts (prospecting, demos, proposals, negotiations, closing)
  • Target restaurant groups with 15+ locations across France and the US
  • Build outbound strategies and outreach campaigns tailored to each market
  • Identify strategic growth opportunities and adapt sales pitches accordingly
  • Collaborate with Marketing to identify the most relevant trade shows and industry events to grow Malou’s presence and generate leads
  • Provide feedback to the product and operations teams to improve our offer for enterprise clients
  • Create strong relationships with your customers to and make them the most powerful ambassador of Malou and to increase the revenue
  • You have 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or digital solutions sales, ideally selling to multi-site businesses
  • You're a hunter : you love outbound and know how to identify, reach out, and close complex deals
  • You have a track record of closing large deals (at least a track record based on 20k ARR deal sized from 3 to 8 months time closing)
  • You're bilingual in English and French (Arabic is a plus!)
  • You are structured, autonomous, and results-driven
  • You thrive in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments and are excited to help build Malou’s international success story
