Qualifications
- Fluent English mandatory; German is a strong asset.
- 8–10+ years in structural engineering or technical sales.
- Experience on complex, multidisciplinary projects.
- Willingness to travel internationally and work at HQ in Spiere-Helkijn.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical-commercial discussions with clients and win complex projects.
- Define bidding strategy and lead multidisciplinary offers.
- Develop accurate cost models and optimize margins.
- Coordinate across engineering, project execution, purchasing, and sales.
- Own the quality and competitiveness of offers as technical-commercial lead.
