The Role

This role involves business development, partnerships, community management, or fundraising, requiring a strong track record in relationship building and pipeline management. You should be motivated by hitting targets with a relationship-centric, values-driven approach. Responsibilities
  • Research, identify, and qualify district partners through effective outreach and communication of our value proposition to decision-makers.
  • Generate new leads within existing territories by meeting outreach targets.
  • Expand into new territories through research and initial outreach.
  • Create strategic prospect lists for campaigns and events.
  • Develop compelling content for sales outreach and events.
  • Manage prospecting activities using our CRM system.
Ideal Profile
  • At least 1 year of experience in Inside Sales or Sales Development roles, preferably within consulting.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • High attention to detail and quality of work.
  • Goal-oriented with the ability to work in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in business development, education, partnerships, community management, or fundraising, with increasing responsibility over 1-3 years.
  • Proven ability to manage leads and track progress meticulously.
