Description du poste

We are looking for an outstandingly talented, analytical, driven, experienced Senior S&OP Analyst who can drive improvement initiatives at both strategic and operational levels.

You will join the Continental Europe Supply Chain Operations (CEU SCO) team, which owns the planning and execution of volumes flowing through Amazon’s Fulfillment Centers (FC). CEU SCO orchestrates FC Operations, Transportation, Finance, and Amazon Store partners to exceed customer expectations while optimizing end-to-end supply chain speed and cost.

Your responsibility will be forecasting weekly arrivals of the Box-Level-Placement (BLP) flow. Your scope will include Amazon facilities within the First Mile (Fulfillment Centers) and Middle Mile (Sort Centers) networks across Europe (UK, DE, FR, IT, ES).

As a key member of the EU SCO, you will focus on placement improvement, cost optimization, and overall network efficiency. You will coordinate with multiple business units including FBA Operations, CF Operations, ATS Operations, and Inbound & Placement Operations to develop and execute plans, implement new decision-making frameworks (playbooks), and enhance operational excellence.

This is a highly visible position based at our European headquarters in Luxembourg, critical to the company's operations and future growth as we expand our fulfillment network.

Key job responsibilities
  1. Weekly Network Planning & Forecasting: Partner with FBA Operations to establish 16-week rolling network forecasts for EU BLP arrivals; split weekly network arrivals by first inbound nodes; forecast weekly transfer out of Sort Centers based on site capacities and placement recommendations.
  2. Volume & Capacity Management: Manage volume distribution across the network, coordinate with operational partners on playbook levers to adjust volume to capacity, and implement these levers. Structure processes to align capacity plans with Sort Centers and report projected BLP backlogs.
  3. Performance Management: Track and report key metrics regularly (e.g., MBR, QBR).
  4. Strategic Planning & Process Improvement: Own quarterly EU S&OP BLP strategy, drive consensus among partners, support BLP growth initiatives, address operational issues, and coordinate BLP strategy with overall Inbound strategy. Develop BLP playbook with operational and finance partners.
Basic Qualifications
  • Experience in planning, forecasting, supply chain, or project management
  • Strong data analysis skills, ability to interpret data and draw conclusions
  • Organized, detail-oriented, quick learner, self-starter
  • Drive for continuous improvement and process creation
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of SQL, Python, or other data analytics tools
  • Master's Degree from an accredited university
