CYSEC is seeking a Senior Satcom/Network Developer to design and build high‑performance Rust software for ARCA SATCOM, focusing on secure satellite VPN platforms and production deployment.

You will optimize network performance over real satellite links, collaborate with security experts, product teams, and pre‑sales, and contribute to scalable, robust solutions across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

This role requires advanced Rust skills, Linux networking, and a proactive ownership mindset.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent hands‑on experience.
• Expert-level Rust with systems programming focus and async IO.
• Strong Linux networking knowledge and security awareness.

Responsabilités

• Design and develop high‑performance systems in Rust (protocol design to production).
• Optimize network performance (throughput, stability, resilience) over satellite links.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity experts to ensure strong cryptographic standards.
• Drive architectural improvements and contribute to product evolution.
• Work with product and pre‑sales teams to align capabilities with needs.
• Support integration and deployment of satellite communication systems.
