Comeen is seeking a Ruby on Rails senior developer to join our development team. You will work on workplace features such as meeting room management and desk booking, impacting thousands of employees worldwide!

You will design robust backend systems, integrate Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, lead architectural decisions, ensure code quality with RSpec, and mentor junior engineers as we scale our platform.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience with Ruby on Rails.
• Experience in Python or Rust is a plus.
• Strong MySQL and Redis database design and query optimization.
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs, third-party integrations a plus (MS Graph / Google Workspace).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Google Cloud Platform is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Backend engineering: design, build, maintain Ruby code in Rails.
• Integrations with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 using APIs.
• Lead architectural decisions for performance, security, scalability as user base grows.
• Uphold quality via tests (RSpec) and code reviews.
• Mentor junior developers and improve development processes.
