Pennylane is seeking a Software Engineer to join a 400+ person Tech organisation. You will work in autonomous squads, collaborating with product managers and designers to shape features end to end.

You’ll design and implement robust Ruby on Rails applications, participate in code reviews, and help scale Pennylane from thousands to millions of users, with remote-friendly policies across Europe.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience with Ruby on Rails.
• Balanced mix of technical, business, and product skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilités

• Work in a 400+ person tech organisation; participate in autonomous squads and collaborate with PMs and designers.
• Define architecture, build, test, and release features to production.
• Contribute to code reviews and improve tooling and processes.
• Support customers by monitoring and fixing production issues.
