Qualifications

• Candidates have done precise, repetitive physical work to a high quality bar and can explain how it was measured.
• Hands-on robot or glove-based data collection experience is a strong plus and training will be provided.
• You build, not just run; turn vague requests into clean, repeatable tasks with proper fixtures and procedures.
• You can operate autonomously and take ownership of complex collection tasks with limited day-to-day support.
• You have exceptional attention to detail and can adapt quickly in a fast-moving hardware environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Paris data collection floor and set day-to-day execution and quality standards.
• Own complex collection setups from definition to execution with minimal engineering support.
• Create high-quality training data by teleoperating hardware and producing precise demonstrations.
• Own the full collection workflow: review, quality-check, and ensure data is usable for research.
• Build repeatable tasks and processes that can be scaled across operators.
• Collaborate with research and model engineering to translate requests into physical collection tasks.
• Improve operations by refining fixtures, layouts, procedures and playbooks.
• Write SOPs, quality checks, and training materials to scale Paris operations.
