UMA is seeking an Operator - Data Collection in Paris for part-time shifts. You will remotely pilot robots, collect and label data, and help engineers refine AI-driven behavior. The role emphasizes precision, reliability, and calm decision-making in live sessions and requires strong communication in English.

On-site training is provided; no prior technical background is needed. This position centers on safe, efficient operation within a collaborative R&D environment.

• Ability to take direct feedback and adjust quickly.

• No technical background required; training provided on site.

Responsabilités

• Remotely pilot and supervise robots during sessions (2-3 hours).
• Participate in data collection and labeling to improve AI models.
• Ensure precise robot actions via visual monitoring and adjustments.
• Perform visual quality control and movement adjustments.
• Share operational insights with engineers to refine behavior.
• Follow safety procedures around live hardware without exception.
