NetSF in France is seeking a senior RF engineer to drive cross-functional studies spanning spectrum strategy, network design, and long-term capacity planning for 5G SA deployment. You will coordinate inputs from multiple teams to ensure alignment with the evolving network.

Qualifications

• Experience with radio access networks and 4G/5G air interface is preferred.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional studies and coordinate inputs across teams.
• Strong scripting skills (Python, SQL) to automate analyses.

Responsabilités

• Lead cross-functional studies on spectrum strategy and network design.
• Conduct long-term capacity planning and 2G/3G sunset planning in a multi-operator environment.
• Perform coverage studies with Automatic Cell Planning and share best practices across the radio team.
