Alice & Bob in Aubervilliers is seeking a Senior RF Engineer – Quantum Control to join the TCP team. You will design, build and validate RF hardware and test setups to support quantum processor control.

Reporting to the Hermes Team Lead, you will develop custom RF modules, perform measurements with VNAs and scopes, and collaborate with physics and software teams to scale quantum hardware.

Formación

• Master's or higher degree in Electrical Engineering, RF/Microwave Engineering, Physics, or related field.
• 5+ years of RF design, characterization, and control electronics experience.
• Strong RF design, signal processing, and PCB design capabilities.
• Hands-on experience with RF test equipment (VNAs, oscilloscopes, SMUs, spectrum analyzers).
• Python skills for test automation and remote instrument control (SCPI).
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• English proficiency; French is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Design custom RF hardware and PCB front-ends, using 3D EM simulation for validation.
• Define measurement plans and build test setups and characterization benches.
• Upgrade RF/DC systems to meet evolving qubit control requirements.
• Troubleshoot instrumentation, electronics, and PCB hardware; perform root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate with Quantum Hardware Infra, physicists, and software engineers; document work.
