Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated European Business Operations Manager to support Endeavour's expansion across Europe. This role involves coordinating business operations, working closely with senior leaders, and ensuring seamless support for our ecosystem's growth and sustainability initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with the Chief of Staff and HR to develop and implement organizational strategies across Europe.
  2. Support the establishment and management of European offices and teams.
  3. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (IT, HR, finance, marketing, etc.) to align operations with sustainability and business goals.
  4. Assist the Founder/CEO’s Executive Assistant with technical communications and customer requests.
  5. Provide executive support during European business hours to ensure smooth operations across time zones.
  6. Participate in strategic projects, process improvements, and special initiatives.
  7. Identify operational efficiencies and propose solutions.
