We are seeking a European Business Operations Manager to join Endeavour's growing global team, working directly with Endeavour's Chief of Staff, Executive Assistant, and Business Operations Teams, focused on coordinating Endeavour's business operations and expansion activities throughout Europe. This role supports the entire Endeavour ecosystem and contributes to the organization’s success.

The European Business Operations Manager should be agile, professional, and comfortable in a rapidly changing environment. Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with the Chief of Staff and HR to develop and implement organizational strategies across Europe.
  2. Support the establishment and management of European offices and teams for seamless operations and customer experience.
  3. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (IT, HR, finance, marketing, OEP) to align operations with sustainability and business goals.
  4. Work with the Founder/CEO’s Executive Assistant to interpret and respond to technical communications and customer requests.
  5. Provide executive support to the Founder/CEO during European business hours.
  6. Attend daily check-ins with the Chief of Staff and Executive Assistant to stay aligned on priorities.
  7. Contribute to strategic projects and process improvements as directed by senior leadership.
  8. Identify opportunities for operational improvements and propose solutions.
Skills & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Sustainability, Business Management, or related field.
  • 2-5 years’ experience in business operations, project management, or technical business functions.
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Technically adept, comfortable with technical issues and customer needs.
  • Quick learner with an analytical mindset and passion for sustainability and innovation.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Tech-savvy, adaptable, proactive, and results-driven.
  • Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
