We seek a European Business Operations Manager to join our growing team, working directly with our Chief of Staff, Executive Assistant, and Business Operations Teams. The role focuses on coordinating Endeavour's business operations and expansion activities across Europe, supporting the entire Endeavour ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with the Chief of Staff and HR on developing and implementing organizational strategies across Europe.
  2. Support the establishment and management of European offices and teams to ensure seamless operations and customer experiences.
  3. Work with cross-functional teams (IT, HR, finance, marketing, OEP) to align operations with sustainability and business goals.
  4. Assist the Founder/CEO’s Executive Assistant with technical communications and customer requests.
  5. Provide executive support to the Founder/CEO during European business hours to ensure coordination across time zones.
  6. Participate in daily check-ins with leadership to stay aligned and ensure task progress.
  7. Contribute to special projects, strategic initiatives, and process improvements as directed.
  8. Identify operational improvement opportunities and propose solutions.
Skills & Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Sustainability, Business Management, or related field.
  • 2-5 years’ experience in business operations, project management, or technical business functions.
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Technically adept, with the ability to interpret technical issues and customer needs.
  • Quick learner with an analytical mindset and passion for sustainability and innovation.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Tech-savvy, adaptable, proactive, and results-driven.
  • Energized by challenges, able to work independently, and eager to grow.
