We seek a European Business Operations Manager to coordinate our business activities across Europe, working closely with the Chief of Staff, Executive Assistant, and Business Operations Teams. This role supports the organization’s ecosystem, contributing to its health and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement organizational strategies across Europe.
  • Support the establishment and management of European offices and teams to ensure seamless operations.

  • Assist the Founder/CEO’s Executive Assistant with technical communications and customer requests.
  • Provide executive support during European business hours to ensure smooth coordination across time zones.
  • Participate in daily check-ins with senior staff to maintain alignment and high standards of execution.
  • Contribute to strategic projects, initiatives, and process improvements as directed.

Skills & Requirements:
