Job Description:

We are seeking a European Business Operations Manager to join Endeavour's growing global team, working directly with Endeavour's Chief of Staff, Executive Assistant, and Business Operations Teams. The role focuses on coordinating Endeavour's business operations and expansion activities throughout Europe, supporting the entire Endeavour ecosystem and contributing to the organization’s success.

The European Business Operations Manager needs to be agile, professional, and comfortable in a rapidly changing environment. The ideal candidate is trustworthy with confidential information, highly organized, has excellent communication skills, thinks strategically, and works well independently and in a team. Self-motivated, eager to take on challenges, and ready to make an impact are essential qualities.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with the Chief of Staff and Sr. Director of Human Resources on organizational strategies across Europe.
  2. Support the establishment and management of European offices and teams to ensure seamless operations and customer experiences.
  3. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (IT, HR, finance, marketing, OEP, etc.) to align operations with sustainability and business development goals.
  4. Work with the Founder/CEO’s Executive Assistant to interpret and respond to technical communications and customer requests.
  5. Provide executive support to Endeavour’s Founder/CEO during European business hours, ensuring coordination across time zones.
  6. Attend daily check-ins with leadership to stay aligned on priorities and ensure high standards of execution.
  7. Contribute to special projects, strategic initiatives, and process improvements as directed by senior leadership.
  8. Identify opportunities for operational improvements and present solutions to enhance efficiency.
Skills & Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Sustainability, Business Management, or related field.
  • Approximately 2-5 years of experience in business operations, project management, or a technical business function.
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Technically adept with the ability to interpret technical issues and customer needs.
  • Quick learner with analytical skills and a passion for sustainability and innovation.
