Job Description:

Endeavour has an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about sustainability and eager to be part of an innovative company that’s on a journey to transform the world’s infrastructure. We are seeking a European Business Operations Manager to join Endeavour's growing global team, working directly with Endeavour's Chief of Staff, Executive Assistant, and Business Operations Teams, focused on coordinating Endeavour's business operations and expansion activities throughout Europe. This role is part of the critical support infrastructure that services the entire Endeavour ecosystem and contributes to the overall health and success of the organization.

The European Business Operations Manager needs to be agile, professional, and comfortable in a rapidly changing environment. The right person is trustworthy with confidential information, highly organized, has excellent communication skills, thinks strategically, and works equally well independently or with a team. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, eager to take on challenges, and ready to make an impact.

Endeavour is highly selective about the people we bring on board because our ecosystem depends on it. Change happens quickly here, and we must maintain a strong team of honest, communicative, collaborative, open-minded, strategic, reliable, and driven team members. We seek ultra-creatives and superstar performers with self-awareness, humility, and a hunger to bring positive change to the world. Endeavour offers flexibility and endless growth opportunities for those who can harness their skills and talents and identify how to add value. Our support team is the heart of the ecosystem—a diverse group of bright, passionate, dedicated people working together to make a real difference. Are you ready to join the journey?

Key Responsibilities
  • Works with the Chief of Staff and Sr. Director of Human Resources on developing and implementing organizational strategies across Europe.
  • Supports the establishment and management of European offices and teams for seamless operations and customer experience.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams (IT, HR, finance, marketing, OEP, etc.) to align operations with sustainability and business goals.
  • Interprets and responds to technical communications and customer requests in coordination with the Founder/CEO’s Executive Assistant.
  • Provides executive support to Endeavour’s Founder/CEO during European business hours to ensure seamless coordination.
  • Attends daily check-ins with the Chief of Staff and Executive Assistant to stay aligned on priorities.
  • Contributes to special projects, strategic initiatives, and process improvements as directed by senior leadership.
  • Identifies opportunities for operational improvements and presents solutions.
Skills & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Sustainability, Business Management, or related field.
  • 2-5 years’ experience in business operations, project management, or a technical business function.
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Technically adept and comfortable with technical issues and customer needs.
  • Quick learner with an analytical mindset and a passion for sustainability and innovation.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Tech-savvy, adaptable, proactive, results-driven.
  • Energetic, capable of handling chaos, productive with minimal direction.
  • Desire to learn, grow, and take on increasing responsibilities.
