EUROPEAN DYNAMICS is seeking a Biometric Systems Specialist to join remotely, with on-site collaboration for major client IT teams. You will analyse and maintain biometric configurations, interpret tests, and propose improvements while training others in biometric technologies.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in IT with biometric expertise, strong knowledge of modalities and architectures, and excellent English. Contract or full benefits package offered.

Qualifications

• University degree in IT or relevant discipline, with minimum 8 years of relevant experience.
• At least 7 years of experience as a biometric specialist.
• At least 3 years of experience in biometric testing.
• Excellent knowledge of biometric modalities (fingerprint, face, iris, voice, palm, behavioural biometrics).
• Excellent knowledge of biometric system architecture and end-to-end workflows.
• Excellent knowledge of pattern recognition, machine learning and computer vision fundamentals.
• Good knowledge of core biometric matching technologies.
• Excellent command of the English language.

Responsabilités

• Analyse and maintain requirements for biometric matching systems’ configuration in terms of performance, accuracy, data quality and transactions.
• Interpret and verify test results.
• Analyse and propose solutions for future improvements.
• Provide training on core biometric matching technologies.
• Support other contractors to implement or test biometric functionalities and infrastructure.
• Analyse and verify testing results and deviations to SLAs regarding biometric performance.
