Job summary

Airswift seeks an Experienced Reinforced Concrete Lead Designer to head concrete design for a major LNG project in a hybrid Paris-area setting. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, review complex concrete structures and foundations, and ensure alignment with project standards and international interfaces.

The role requires 10+ years of experience, fluent English and French, and strong leadership in an international EPC environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil/Structural Engineering.
• 10+ years of reinforced concrete design experience in industrial projects.
• Proven leadership of multidisciplinary design teams and remote staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate reinforced concrete design activities for industrial facilities.
• Supervise production of designs for concrete structures and foundations.
• Ensure compliance with project specs, codes, and best practices.
• Review reinforcement detailing and schedules; verify deliverables.
• Coordinate with piping, electrical, instrumentation, safety, and environmental teams.
• Manage interfaces with international engineering centers and remote teams.
• Provide regular reporting to Project Manager and Department Manager.
