Job summary

Alnylam Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Deputy Chief Pharmaceutical Officer to serve as the RP/CPO's right-hand partner in France, overseeing regulatory, quality, pharmacovigilance, and compliance activities across the affiliate. The role combines strategic oversight with hands-on operations to ensure French and European requirements are met.

Qualifications

• PharmD with relevant experience registered with Ordre des Pharmaciens (section B).
• Extensive knowledge and at least 7 years of France/Europe regulatory experience for innovative products.
• Knowledge of French/European Regulatory Affairs and Centralized procedure requirements.
• Experience with exploitant activities and collaboration with regulators.

Responsibilities

• Provide regulatory leadership and cross-functional guidance within the affiliate.
• Lead regulatory review of promotional materials ensuring non-promotional compliance.
• Act as local French regulatory lead for assigned products and clinical studies.
• Coordinate pharmacovigilance activities and education material approvals.
• Support Quality Management System implementation and regulatory changes.
• Build relationships with consultants, CROs, and regulatory authorities.
