Qualifications

• PharmD with registration to Ordre des Pharmaciens (section B).
• 7+ years of country-specific French/European regulatory experience.
• Strong knowledge of French and European Regulatory Affairs, incl. Centralized procedure.
• Experience with exploitant activities and pharmacovigilance expectations.
• Proven ability to interact with French authorities and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as deputy to the RP/CPO, ensuring regulatory leadership for France.
• Provide regulatory guidance on product information, promotional and non-promotional materials.
• Lead regulatory review of promotional documents with internal and external partners.
• Serve as local regulatory lead for assigned products and execute global strategies locally.
• Oversee pharmacovigilance activities and quality defect management.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure compliant operations and supply continuity.
