Senior Regulatory & eDiscovery Project Manager

Location: France (remote)
Languages: French (Fluent or close to it)

Salary: Negotiable + bonus & benefits

Work with other company leaders to develop and execute strategic action plans relating to the company’s European Regulatory.

Participate in client meetings as needed in support of Regulatory engagements.

Ability to consult with clients and professionally advise them on best practices to navigate regulatory engagements. Knowledge and understanding of requirements for specific regulatory agencies including, but not limited to: European Commission; French Competition Authority; French Financial Markets Authority; German Federal Cartel Office; Competition and Markets Authority; Financial Conduct Authority.

Consult with and advise clients through the full scope of the case regarding eDiscovery workflows, project planning, database setup, etc., consistent with industry best practices and standards: Department of Justice; Federal Trade Commission; Copyright Claims Board.

Work in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines and set appropriate expectations internally.

Must have a technical understanding of the process of collecting data as well as eDiscovery tools, including applications commonly used in eDiscovery platforms such as Deduplication, Predictive coding, Advanced analytics, Production Specifications, and Email Threading.

Conduct and participate in Custodian Interviews.

Partner with Review Managers to ensure all review workstreams are satisfied.

Partner with Technologists to ensure all Predictive Coding is appropriately applied.

QUALIFICATIONS

1. 4-5 plus years of Regulatory/eDiscovery project management, consulting, litigation support experience in a top-tier law firm, consulting practice, or similar.
2. Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, with a particular emphasis on Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
3. Deep understanding of eDiscovery and the litigation support industry, with specific experience successfully managing antitrust or other regulatory matters.
4. Demonstrated success in the management of multiple simultaneous projects.
5. Excellent client relationship skills, including the ability to proactively manage client expectations, recognize client needs, and adapt company capabilities to consistently meet client requirements.
