Biospheres is expanding its regenerative agriculture initiatives across Europe. We are looking for a senior agronomist to design regenerative systems, support farmers, and train teams on agroecological practices.

You will work closely with local partners, supervise field trials, and contribute to knowledge sharing within a mission-driven, international team. Based in Europe, fluent in English, with a degree in agronomy, you will handle field work and data reporting while coordinating projects

Qualifications

• Senior agronomist with 5+ years of professional experience.
• Based in Europe.
• Fluent in English (French is a plus).
• Degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Engineering or related field.
• Strong interest in regenerative, low-carbon, sustainable agriculture.
• Comfortable working in field and with data/reporting.
• Independent, well-organized, and motivated.
• Strong communication and training facilitation skills.
• Driving license (category B).

Responsabilités

• Project design and coordination with farmers, cooperatives and partners.
• Field support: training farmers on agroecological practices and monitoring outcomes.
• Expertise & knowledge sharing: agronomic trials, reports, and strategies.
• Team management: support to technical advisers and project activities.
