WeRecruit is seeking an Agronomist specialising in regenerative agriculture to support projects across Europe, with focus on Lyon-area operations. You will design and coordinate systems adapted to local soil, climate and economics.

Working with farmers, cooperatives and local partners, you will implement agroecological practices, monitor performance, and contribute to knowledge sharing and training initiatives within project teams.

Qualifications

Experience in regenerative agriculture practices and agroecology.
Ability to design context-specific agricultural systems.
Experience coordinating field projects with local partners.

Responsabilités

Design regenerative agricultural systems adapted to local soil, climate and economics.
Lead and coordinate projects with farmers, cooperatives and local partners.
Help establish sustainable supply chains.
Support and train farmers in agroecological practices (cover crops, rotations, soil fertility, livestock integration).
Carry out agronomic assessments (soils, cropping systems, practices).
Monitor technical, agronomic and economic performance of systems.
Set up and monitor agronomic trials and develop tailored strategies.
Analyse field data and draft technical reports.
Participate in training and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Provide administrative and technical support to teams and organize project activities.
