The Senior Recruiter is responsible for Service Excellence throughout the recruitment cycle. They act as a brand ambassador for their client, partnering with hiring managers in a consultative capacity. They focus on delivering top talent while providing proactive communication on search status. They stay informed of industry trends and act as a mentor to other team members, demonstrating innovative search techniques.

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Conduct detailed job scope conversations with hiring leaders to determine specifications.
  2. Review applicants promptly via the applicant tracking system.
  3. Develop and deploy targeted recruitment marketing campaigns.
  4. Source candidates through resume databases, networking sites, and deep web sourcing techniques using Boolean search language.
  5. Utilize social media channels and proprietary software for outreach.
  6. Generate passive candidate lists using subscriptions and technologies.
  7. Seek referrals from networks and internal sources.
  8. Engage with talent communities via various media including phone, email, and social media.
  9. Provide tailored value propositions to candidates.
  10. Prepare candidates for interviews, including logistical details and expectations.
  11. Keep candidates updated on application status.
  12. Maintain engagement with top candidates throughout the process.
  13. Conduct professional interviews with industry-specific questions.
  14. Assess candidate fit and cultural compatibility.
  15. Coordinate skills testing and background checks as needed.
  16. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
  17. Update hiring managers on market trends and search progress.
  18. Articulate job offers and facilitate acceptance.
  19. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
  20. Deliver industry and practice expertise.
  21. Report regularly on recruiting activities.
  22. Collaborate to resolve search difficulties.
  23. Communicate search status proactively to stakeholders.
  24. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education :

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources, or related field required; equivalent experience may be considered.

Experience :

  • Minimum of five years of results-oriented recruiting experience in in-house, RPO, or agency settings.

Exposure :

  • Showcase niche segment or industry expertise.
  • Utilize recruiting technologies to improve efficiency.
  • Adhere to documentation and compliance standards.
  • Experience with deep web sourcing techniques.
