Qutwo, Europe's private Quantum AI Lab, seeks a Senior AI/ML Engineer to design production-grade LLM architectures and autonomous Agentic AI systems that solve real-world problems for our customers.

You will collaborate closely with scientists, engineers, and clients, translating business goals into technical roadmaps, leading cross-functional initiatives, and upholding high standards for code quality and system reliability in a fast-paced research environment.

Qualifications

• Proven track record designing end-to-end ML systems and LLMs at scale.
• 5+ years of professional ML/AI engineering experience.
• Hands-on with Agentic AI systems and multi-agent coordination.
• Strong background in LLM integration and tool usage.
