You will directly contribute to the team’s success by recommending innovative software solutions and building new tools and systems.

Your future role within QRT

• Provide technical leadership and help raise engineering standards across the team
• Improve software engineering practices across research workflows, including the effective adoption of agentic coding tools and workflows
• Automate and streamline large-scale data preparation and cleansing workflows
• Build, enhance, and support quantitative research tools
• Help Quant Researchers bring trading strategies into production
• Continuously evolve theteam’s software platform tomeet changing business needs

Your present skillset
