Safran Quality and Progress Directorate, part of the Industrial, Purchasing and Performance Direction, is seeking senior leaders for the Safran Progress initiative (M/F) to support operational industrial activities within Safran and its tier companies in Europe.
The Safran corporate Progress direction is integrated within the Safran Quality and Progress division, aiming to achieve operational excellence and top-tier industrial performance while satisfying external customer expectations. The ideal candidate will assist and support internal 'customers' (Safran tier companies) in their transformation plans, performance improvement initiatives, and projects across various industrial domains such as Total Quality Management, Manufacturing Excellence, Global Supply Chain Management (internal/external), and Product Industrialization using APQP.
Responsibilities include deploying, embedding, and sustaining operational excellence, interacting across all operational domains, and engaging with all levels of the organization. The role involves supporting improvement and transformation projects, problem-solving, root cause analysis, change management, coaching, and training activities, often using Safran Group standards and methodologies.
