The core mission will be to establish working routines and system of work for execution and improvement at multiple sites of differing maturities and scopes of work ; to promote Lean Transformation at each BU / Site / Project and to influence Performance to Standard through other Leaders and Quality reports to achieve high quality Performance beyond Target
Job description
• Key Missions and Responsibilities
- Subsea and Site Management teams to comply with Internal and Customer requirements in execution of all Subsea Projects activities.
- Establish and Manage aligned Quality Organizations, Headcount, Transfers, and salaries.
- Driving quality culture within the organization with such programs as Pulse – Impact Quality.
- Establish working Escalation Help Chain (Client and Internal) for Regional and Global Issues
- Deliver compliant local Quality Organizations, and Management Review at ISO Reg. Level and country specific regulatory requirements.
- Site “Quality Management” responsibilities for subsea locations in France and Africa.
- Key Member of the Site Project Management leadership/office, providing functional expertise and direction
- Responsible for relevant processes of Project Quality management and assurance activities, including competence and manning of quality professionals into the projects
• The position is in Paris - La Defense, France
You are meant for this job if you have:
- A Master’s degree in a related field preferred (Engineering, Scientific, Business)
- Excellent Communication, Coaching and Mentoring skills and conveys plans and strategies simply/expertly
- Ability to recognize opportunities for improvement and to organize teams effectively to achieve implementation in timely manner
- Customer focused – delivering right first time Quality, on time, with nimble recovery action as required
- Ability to perform skilled discussions during Leadership Visits and Gemba walks to engage with employees in identifying and resolving HSE and Quality risks
- Process improvement and Problem-Solving techniques such as Lean, Six sigma, 8 disciplines, risk-based PFMEA, structured root cause analysis process etc.
- Objective Setting and experienced in monitoring performance and gap closure activities
- Working knowledge of QMS processes and procedures; and legislative requirements
- Possess working knowledge of budget preparation and financial control methods to monitor
