D-EDGE Hospitality Solutions in Paris is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to join our team, focusing on software reliability, test strategy, and modern engineering practices. You will collaborate with engineering to design and implement robust testing across the product, with emphasis on automated tests and scalable pipelines.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to drive quality metrics, promote a balanced test pyramid, and share best practices, contributing to SaaS platform

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Quality Engineering or similar
• Hands-on experience with automated testing frameworks
• Strong understanding of test pyramid methodologies and CI/CD
• Ability to own quality initiatives and drive improvements

Are you passionate about software reliability, test strategy, and modern engineering practices? We're looking for a Senior Quality Engineer to join our team in Paris!

What You'll Do

• Partner with engineering teams to design and continuously improve test strategies, ensuring the right tests exist at the right level of the test pyramid
• Analyze incidents affecting the tribe and translate learnings into improvements in tests, pipelines, and engineering practices to reduce recurring issues
• Define and track quality metrics with teams to prioritise reliability and delivery improvements
• Promote a balanced test pyramid and help teams adopt quality tooling, working with Quality Platform Engineers where relevant
• Contribute to cross-team quality improvements and share best practices via the quality chapter

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years in Quality Engineering, Software Engineering, or similar roles in modern development setups.
• Strong hands‑on experience with automated testing frameworks and CI/CD environments.
• Solid understanding of software architecture, distributed systems, and test pyramid methodologies.
• High autonomy, structured problem-solving, and a strong sense of ownership.

Nice-to-haves: Experience in SaaS platforms, observability/monitoring tools, frameworks like Playwright or Selenium, or scaling engineering standards across multiple teams.
