Qualifications

• Expérience en QA avec des systèmes à grande échelle dans des environnements distribués.

What you’ll do

We are looking for a Senior QA Analyst to join the Patient Health Platform domain.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Becoming a subject matter expert in your feature team
• Being the user champion to ensure the best experience for our users, challenging product specifications, and improving accessibility for inclusivity
• Defining test strategies during project planning and development
• Maintaining an effective and efficient test suite over time
• Reporting testing metrics and defects, collaborating with developers and PMs to prioritize resolutions
• Leading initiatives to reduce bug injection and facilitate defect investigations

Who you are

• Experience in QA roles with large-scale systems in distributed environments
• Proactive, involved, curious, and collaborative
• Strong ownership and bias for action

Ideally, you also have:

• Knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
• Proficiency with automated testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Detox)
• Comfort with understanding and working with source code
• Experience in hyper-growth or large organizations
• Effective communication skills in English
