Job summary

Doctolib GmbH is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join the ATP team in Application Platform Domain. You will design and deliver essential Python-based services, shape the roadmap, and drive platform improvements for scalability and security.

You will collaborate with product, design and business teams in a hybrid work setup, with a strong focus on robust, well-tested code and performance. Prior backend experience and English fluency are essential.

• Backend engineer with expert knowledge of Python.
• Proactive, curious, collaborative and eager to learn.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define and implement features to improve the Doctolib platform.
• Take a leading role within the team and contribute to establishing a technical vision that ensures performance, security and usability of the platform.
• Improve the performance of key features implemented in Python and contribute to testing and monitoring of high‑quality features.
