Job summary

Doctolib is seeking a Senior Python Software Engineer to join the ATP team in the Application Platform Domain. You will design and deliver components that empower Doctolib teams to build robust services, mainly in Python and Java/Kotlin chassis, for a cloud-native platform used by 60+ services.

You’ll work in a hybrid setup from Levallois, collaborating with product, design and business teams to ship high-quality features with a user-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Backend engineer with expert knowledge of Python.
• Strong understanding of web technologies and SDLC.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define and implement features to improve the Doctolib platform
• Take a leading role within the team and contribute to establishing a technical vision that ensures performance, security, and usability
• Bring expertise to help improve implementation, testing, and monitoring of high-quality features
• Improve performance of key features implemented in Python
• Take leadership on delivering roadmap items with the team
• Co-drive the creation of the roadmap for upcoming quarters
