Senior python developer

Your Role

As a Senior Python Developer, you will play a critical role in designing and optimizing the architecture, configuration, and orchestration of agents. You will focus on scalable, modular application design that integrates with large language models (LLMs) and external APIs. Your goal will be to design and develop a robust, flexible, and scalable environment around LLMs and AI-related topics.

Responsibilities

• Translate product requirements into technical tasks
• Design and develop a scalable architecture for agent generation and configuration.
• Implement orchestration logic to coordinate multiple agents, workflows, and API calls.
• Develop and manage microservices that integrate with vector databases, knowledge retrieval systems, and third-party APIs.
• Optimize service performance by ensuring efficient request handling, caching.
• Work with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and participate with DevOps team into implementing infrastructure-as-code solutions to deploy and scale our infrastructure.
• Share coding best practices with your peers.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner and Lead Developer to define sprints and roadmap in alignment with the company's strategy and goals.
• Collaborate with your peers by reviewing their codes and providing judicious enhancements.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code for scalable applications.
• Ability to communicate with our internal or external client on topic of your expertise.

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of experience in Python development with a focus on backend architecture. Strong expertise in major and leading python projects for building scalable services ( FastAPI, AsyncIO, Pydantic). Solid understanding of asynchronous processing and event-driven architectures. Proficiency in database management (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, BigQuery, Redis). Familiarity with message queues and streaming (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Pub/Sub). Experience with modern pythons tooling and monorepos (pants, uv, ruff). Experience in containerization, CI/CD and the broad CNCF ecosystem (Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, ArgoCD). Solid knowledge of authentication and security best practices.

BONUS:

• Experience with LLM orchestration frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI, LlamaIndex).
• Understanding of RAG-based architectures and vector search for knowledge retrieval.
• Passion for modular agent development and building scalable AI applications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
