Government Relations are at the heart of this vital work – from liaising with leaders of government and industry to preparing policy briefings for pending legislative actions and structuring how clients could get the best of the vision.

The practice delivers integrated services combining Public Affairs, financial communications, and corporate communications, with specialty offerings that include strategy consulting, research, creative engagement, crisis, and issues management, as well as change communications.

Overview :

  1. Overseeing the delivery of client projects across public affairs and policy work ensuring their quality and impact
  2. Intelligible regulatory and prudential monitoring
  3. Must ensure excellent, precise monitoring services
  4. Major in Public Affairs with expertise in strategic / corporate communication
  5. Understanding Brussels / EU is a bonus
  6. Must have experience in the management of the team and working directly with CEO and senior stakeholders
  7. Strong understanding of agriculture
  8. Can work and understand the fast pace environment of the agency
  9. Prepare various government strategies in assigned regions and maintain good relations with various city officials.
  10. Develop relationships with various public officials and implement all public policies to achieve all objectives.
  11. Coordinate with various departments and colleagues and provide inputs to various officials.
  12. Proposal of positions to be defended in anticipation of certain texts, on the basis of internal exchanges, in order to represent the interests of the Group
  13. Contribute to building a function that adds concrete and measurable value to the business, in the short, mid, and long term, aligned to the company's strategic priorities.
  14. Build internal communications and engagement strategy
  15. Develop and maintain relationships with relevant policymakers, political audiences, regulators, trade associations, think tanks and industry leaders to enhance and grow business.
  16. This person must be able to work at a start-up entrepreneurial spirit and build a network. This is client-facing.
  17. Practice Leadership Manage the practice with the top priority of growing the Public Affairs business Provide senior-level insights to lead account teams on complex client communication challenges Manage, develop, inspire, and motivate staff to excel Anticipate potential challenges and evaluate strategies with senior management
  18. Understanding financial markets and economic policies
  19. Taking a leading role in business development
  20. Supporting work winning and pitches / proposals
  21. Create and deliver strategies to help clients achieve their policy / advocacy objectives
  22. Develop external relationships using formal and informal channels to liaise with appropriate authorities / bodies or contact persons to facilitate interactions and build partnerships.
  23. Facilitate visits and meetings to serve the company objectives.
  24. Relationship building with key politicians / influencers
  25. Managing project budgets and delivery
  26. Researching policy topics and providing strategic advice to clients
  27. Leading on ‘think-tank style report’ development and delivery
  28. Supporting day-to-day relationships with clients
  29. Because we are a small start-up, be prepared to be ‘hands-on' across a variety of other areas too
