Advertising Production Resources (APR Consulting) is seeking a CONTRACT PROJECT MANAGER to join our team in France. The role focuses on governance, resource coordination, and end-to-end project execution for client solutions across portfolios.

You will partner with directors and senior leaders to manage scope, profitability, and delivery, while championing process improvements and risk management within a busy agency environment.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years experience as a Project Manager in advertising/marketing.
• PMP Certification or actively working to obtain certification desired.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace.
• Experience with Deltek Workbook or Deltek products is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable.

Responsabilités

• Oversee account performance, including labor tracking, billing accuracy, risk management, and scope adherence.
• Ensure scopes, deliverables, and services align with business objectives.
• Conduct impact analyses for scope changes and recommend next steps.
• Develop understanding of client scopes, costs, contracts and billing requirements.
• Facilitate retrospectives, document lessons learned, and refine portfolio management processes.
• Lead efforts to achieve project objectives and manage task scope within time, budget and quality constraints.
