We’re looking for an experienced and strategic Senior Project Manager with a strong background in e-commerce to lead the successful delivery of complex digital retail projects. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on balancing client success, operational excellence, and team development in a fast-paced digital environment.

As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll take ownership of large-scale e-commerce programmes—ensuring they’re delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, senior stakeholders, and clients to drive delivery excellence and business value.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of high-value e-commerce projects across multiple clients or business units
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the key delivery contact
• Oversee project planning, resourcing, budget management, risk tracking, and reporting
• Ensure delivery of commercially successful projects in line with KPIs and client expectations
• Mentor and guide junior and mid-level project managers, supporting their growth and delivery capabilities
• Implement best practices in agile and delivery methodology, driving continuous improvement
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, QA, and UX teams to ensure alignment and velocity

• Excellent budgeting and commercial acumen, including experience with SOWs and profitability tracking
• Experience managing distributed teams across multiple time zones
