Aptiv in Paris, France, is seeking a Project Manager to lead major product development initiatives. You will coordinate functionally integrated teams and own the Overall Project Plan, Reviews, Risk Management, and business case to achieve PDP compliance.

You will drive cost, quality and delivery, manage customer and supplier relations, and ensure First Time Quality and WFCC goals while maintaining documentation and participating in audits.

Responsabilités

• Project execution with functionally integrated teams focusing on Cost, Quality, Time, Delivery and Methodology.
• Ensure First Time Quality (FTQ) goals and WFCC targets.
• Capex planning, forecast, spending tracking and approvals.
• Manage customer/supplier relationships and stakeholder alignment.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Sales, SCM, Manufacturing to drive product development progress.
• Ensure PDP compliance and maintain required documentation and reporting, participate in audits.
• Coordinate resource access to PlanView per project and monitor reported hours.

Major Accountabilities

• Project execution: launches the project successfully through functionally integrated teams with focus on Cost, Quality, Time, Delivery and Methodology (ownership on Overall Project Plan, Project Reviews, Risk Management Plan, Business case, Project staffing, Project adherence to PDP to achieve compliance)
• Product quality: makes sure to meet First Time Quality [FTQ] goals and meet Worldwide Formal Customer Complaints (WFCC) goals
• Cost and budget:makes sure to meet the investment spending and financial statistics, prepares capital spending and forecast, CAPEX planning and tracking of spend and contribution - submits and follows the approvals
• Customer / supplier relationships: customer management and communication alignment between different stakeholders
• Team management: Closely cooperates with the relevant technical experts (Engineering Project Leader, Quality, Sales, SCM, Manufacturing etc.) and drives the expected progress of the product development
• Compliance: ensures compliance with PDP requirements, maintains required documentation and reporting, participates in audits
• Authorities: Sending reports externally Invoice approval Checking test reports
• Resource access to PlanView per project and monitoring the reported working hours Communicates with Customer directly #LI-PT2
