Job summary

International Logistics Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver a broad range of projects across our fast-paced logistics business. You will own projects from concept to completion, working with teams across the organisation to ensure delivery and results.

The role offers variety, autonomy, and exposure to senior stakeholders, with a hybrid working pattern and travel to company sites as required.

Qualifications

• Proven project management experience, ideally within logistics, supply chain or fast-paced environments.
• Track record delivering multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across levels.
• Experience leading business change, process improvements or systems implementation projects.
• Excellent planning, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on, proactive approach and adaptability to changing priorities.
• Willingness to travel to company sites within reasonable commuting distance of an ILG location.

Hours: 40 hours per week worked Monday – Friday

We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a wide range of exciting and varied projects across our fast-paced, growing logistics business.

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for someone who can drive change, engage stakeholders and successfully deliver projects that improve systems, processes and operational performance.

You’ll take ownership of projects from concept through to completion, working with teams across the business to ensure successful delivery. This is an opportunity to make a real impact in a role offering variety, autonomy and exposure to senior stakeholders.

What we are looking for

• Proven project management experience, preferably within logistics, supply chain, operations or a fast-paced commercial environment
• A track record of successfully delivering multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
• Experience leading business change, process improvement or systems implementation projects
• Strong planning, organisational and problem-solving skills
• A proactive, hands‑on approach and the ability to adapt to changing business priorities
• Willingness to travel to company sites as required to support project delivery and live within reasonable commuting distance of an ILG location
