JLL is seeking an experienced Programme/Project Manager for their PMO in Paris. The role involves leading end-to-end PMO activities, coordinating with CRE teams, and driving standard processes across regional PMOs.

You will manage budgets, schedules and stakeholder expectations while ensuring delivery excellence on complex client projects. The position requires at least five years of program management in multi-site environments, strong leadership and bilingual English/French communication.

Qualifications

• Five years of project/programme management experience in a multi-site environment.
• Degree in Construction, Engineering, Design or related discipline.
• Fluent in English and French; strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsabilités

• Act as Single Point of Contact for PMO processes end-to-end with the CRE team.
• Develop and improve PMO support services across the team.
• Manage project scope, budget, schedule, team roles, and risk mitigation for logistics projects.
• Create templates and standard processes; share best practices across regional PMO.
• Scope programs for new clients and advise on continuous improvements.
• Ensure client project delivery processes are implemented; train PM teams.
