Aquent France is seeking a dynamic leader for the Launch and Expansion team to drive critical infrastructure projects across the regional network. You will influence operational efficiency, support sustainable growth, and elevate customer experience by delivering strategic initiatives with hands-on ownership.

In this role, you will steer complex programs, collaborate with multiple stakeholders, and continuously seek opportunities for optimization beyond your immediate scope.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel proficiency including Pivot Tables and lookups.
• SQL proficiency and query skills.
• Experience working across multiple functions with technical and non-technical teams.
• Using data and metrics to define improvements.
• Proven track record in program or project management.
• Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation.
• Experience defining and executing program requirements.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage a portfolio of maintenance and infrastructure projects across an assigned region, ensuring delivery on time, budget, and quality.
• Plan and oversee upgrades to sites, optimizing shop floor and infrastructure for Last Mile delivery operations.
• Collaborate with operations to set and raise performance standards at site level.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to ensure project success.
• Develop business cases and strategy documents for senior leadership approval.
• Partner with Engineering, Finance, Design and Construction to optimize the logistics node network.
