Aquent is partnering with a leading logistics organization in Île-de-France to deliver critical infrastructure and Last Mile improvements. You will lead maintenance and site upgrades, shaping network strategy and operational excellence across a regional portfolio.

The role emphasizes hands-on program management, data-driven decision making, and collaboration with operations, finance, and engineering to drive sustainable growth across the region.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps).
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.
• Demonstrated experience in program or project management.
• Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization.
• Experience defining and executing program requirements.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage a portfolio of maintenance and infrastructure projects across an assigned region, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
• Plan and oversee upgrades to existing sites, including office spaces, optimization of the shop floor, and building infrastructure to facilitate Last Mile delivery fleet operations.
• Collaborate with operations teams to set and raise performance standards at the site level.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including operations, finance, real estate, design and construction, and engineering, to ensure project success.
• Develop comprehensive business cases and strategy documents with a goal to seek senior leadership approval, including director-level executives.
• Partner with Engineering, Finance, Design and Construction, and other stakeholders to optimize the existing network of logistics nodes in the region, facilitating organizational growth plans.
• Drive cross-functional Supply Chain, Transportation, Engineering & Infrastructure initiatives.
