Qualifications

• Plus de 5 ans d'expérience en gestion de projets IT, de préférence dans les environnements SaaS ou HRTech.
• Expérience pratique solide avec les API, pipelines de données et intégrations de systèmes.
• Un diplôme en ingénierie logicielle, DevOps ou conseil technique est un plus.

Responsabilités

• Diriger des projets logiciels complexes et des intégrations pour des clients d'entreprise.
• Concevoir des flux de données et appuyer les implémentations d'API.
• Gérer l'exécution interfonctionnelle et servir d'expert en livraison de projet technique.

We are looking for a highly organized and tech-savvy Senior IT Project & Program Manager to lead complex software and integration projects for our enterprise clients. Responsibilities include designing data workflows, supporting API implementations, managing cross-functional execution, and serving as the technical project delivery expert. You will review client-specific integration architectures and data workflows. Candidates should have 5+ years of experience in IT project or program management, preferably in SaaS or HRTech environments, with strong hands-on experience with APIs, data pipelines, and system integrations. Fluency in both French and English is required. A background in software engineering, DevOps, or technical consulting is a plus.
