The Space and Intelligence (S&I) Division provides engineering services and analytic support to the Air Force, Space Force, Combatant Commands, the Intelligence Community, and NASA. Our work includes systems engineering and integration, test planning and execution, cost estimating and analysis, developing approaches and concepts to meet emerging, high priority National Defense needs, and assessing and developing cutting-edge computer-based solutions, advanced technologies and progressive capabilities to meet those needs.

The S&I Division comprises the Intelligence Programs Group (IPG), the Space Systems Group (SSG), and the Strategic Technology Analysis Group (STAG), which collectively provide outstanding support to help their customers achieve our nation’s most critical objectives and goals designed to protect the safety and livelihoods of all U.S. Citizens, military forces at home and abroad.

SPA has an immediate need for a number of highly qualified Senior Program Control Analysts at the Senior-Level of seniority to join our team supporting our Goldfinger II contract in the Chantilly, VA area.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  1. Performs complex financial analysis of budgets and schedules needed to meet contractual/project requirements for assigned program(s).
  2. Acts as a key technical expert on financial analysis issues.
  3. Coordinates, negotiates, and resolves financial compliance issues with various governmental agencies to ensure accurate interpretation of contract requirements.
  4. Establishes and defines program plan requirements for assigned work.
  5. Coordinates interdepartmental development of program plans and interfaces with vendors and customers, as required.
  6. Monitors and reports performance against plans to ensure that contractual cost and schedule objectives are met.
  7. Reviews and consolidates program baseline and program spend plans at the Directorate and agency level.
  8. Conducts cross program analyses at the program office.
  9. Identifies tradeoffs within and among competing programs and provides executive managers with resource alternatives.
  10. Maintains Directorate and/or Agency wide budget tracks at directorate, project, sub-project, and MSA levels.
  11. Reviews Directorate and Agency level data in the NEXT, Agency FIRST, and Intelligence Resource Information System.
Qualifications

Required:

  1. TS/SCI with CI polygraph
  2. Work experience in financial, budgetary, and accounting concepts and practices, serving as a resource manager to multiple customers performing budget/financial analysis and forecasting as well as audit expertise in the fields of Acquisition, Program Control, Procurement, Project Management, or Financial Management with the IC or DoD
  3. Bachelor’s Degree in a Technical or Business-related discipline (Advanced degrees preferred) and 6 years of relevant experience – OR - High School Diploma and 10 years of relevant experience
