About The Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Product Owner to drive the vision and development of our central platform, MyForterro, a foundational system that manages user access, service distribution, and now plays a critical role in enabling Agentic AI across our global product portfolio.

This role sits at the heart of our shared software services team, working under the guidance of the Vice President of Product Management. You will collaborate with dedicated engineering teams, a central UX group, and multiple internal stakeholders to shape a secure, scalable, and user-friendly platform that supports both today’s needs and tomorrow’s innovations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Ownership & Execution
    • Own the product backlog: write and refine user stories, specifications, and acceptance criteria.
    • Translate complex platform needs into clear, actionable development work.
    • Prioritize features and improvements based on user value, technical feasibility, and business impact.
  • Agentic AI Enablement
    • Play a pivotal role in enabling the distribution of Agentic AI capabilities across all products via the central platform.
    • Collaborate with AI, security, and product stakeholders to support agent-based interactions while maintaining compliance, observability, and control.
  • Operational Product Management
    • Maintain and communicate a clear product roadmap aligned with organizational goals.
    • Conduct stakeholder and customer interviews to gather feedback and inform roadmap decisions.
    • Work with UX teams to turn insights into high-quality mockups and user flows.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, iterative improvements.
    • Work closely with the central UX team to ensure seamless, consistent, and intuitive experiences.
    • Act as a liaison between business units, developers, and other product owners.
  • Platform Context
    • The platform is built using .NET Core and React (JavaScript), with a PostgreSQL backend.
    • Monitoring and observability are managed through OpenTelemetry and Grafana.
    • The infrastructure is containerized, requiring a product owner comfortable in modern, cloud-native environments.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, preferably in a software platform or infrastructure context.
  • Demonstrated ability to organize complex technical workstreams across multiple teams.
  • Experience working with engineering teams on API-centric or service-oriented architectures.
  • Strong understanding of access control, identity management, or other security-centric product areas.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior involvement in platforms supporting AI agents or machine-to-machine workflows.
  • Familiarity with containerized software environments and modern DevOps tooling.
  • Experience with PostgreSQL, OpenTelemetry, and observability best practices.
  • Proficiency in other languages such as French, German, Spanish, Polish, Danish, or Swedish.
  • Experience in B2B or enterprise software environments.
